Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. Items returned within 30 days are refunded to the original payment source.

Returns are accepted only on items purchased from the Qaimew website. Returned items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must be intact. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. If you are returning an item for exchange, our team will need to confirm that the requested item is available. As soon as your return is processed, we will reach out with details of the exchange.

Returns received after 30 days of original receipt are at the discretion of Qaimew and will be for store credit only.

Returns on items purchased as gifts will be handled on an individual basis.

 

How To Make A Return/Exchange

Once we receive your returned item, processing is usually quick but may take up to seven days. Refunds will take up to 10 business days to clear, but may take longer to appear on bank or credit card statements.

 

Wrong, Damaged OR Defective

If there is a defect in the product, materials or craftsmanship, please contact hello@qaimew.com right away so we may organise a replacement.

 

Sales Items

All reduced, surplus items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items after 14 days. If you have any questions, please reach out to hello@qaimew.com.
